PAA is a professional organization that represents audiologists in the state of Pennsylvania. The Academy's mission is to promote the profession of audiology and to advocate for the hearing healthcare needs of Pennsylvanians. Where those two missions intersect is maintaining and expanding access to audiologists across the state of Pennsylvania, working with licensure boards, other professional academies, and legislators. Every fall, PAA holds their annual conference, drawing audiologists from across the state for continuing education and other meetings. The 2025 conference will be in King of Prussia, PA in September.
